Boiler System Installation at Kelun Life Science Factory

In the years 2020 and 2021, Jayaru Engineering proudly spearheaded a pivotal project at Kelun Life Science Factory, installing a state-of-the-art 6,000 kg/hr capacity biomass boiler. The scope included a comprehensive steam distribution system with PRV stations, chimney, and feedwater tank. By harnessing biomass energy, the factory significantly reduced its carbon footprint while maintaining high operational efficiency. Partnering with Forbes Marshall, we ensured the system met the rigorous demands of the pharmaceutical industry, delivering reliable and sustainable steam generation for critical manufacturing processes.
